Intune – iOS Email Enrollment

Connecting to UKHC systems via mobile device requires device encryption, a screen lock password, and an MC user account – Please remove any existing work email accounts (AirWatch) from your device before proceeding.

1 Install the Intune Company Portal from the App Store.

2 Open the app and tap Sign in.

3 Enter your linkblue@uky.edu credentials and tap Next.

4 You will be redirected to the SSO landing page, enter your password.

5 Complete the DUO authentication process.

6 Tap Begin.

7 Tap Continue & Continue.

8 You will be prompted to download the management profile, Tap Allow.

9 Tap Continue.

10 You will need to manually install the management profileFollow the “How to install management profile” steps.

After tapping Install, you will tap Install > Install > Trust – Open the Intune Company Portal app once more.

11 Tap Yes, I installed the profile.

12 Tap Continue & Done.

13 Install and then open Outlook app from the App Store.

14  Tap Add Account & Enter your linkblue email and tap Continue

15 You will be redirected to the UK SSO page to enter your password.

16 Complete the DUO authentication process.

17 If prompted to add an additional mail account, Tap Maybe Later.

18 Your mailbox should begin populating with email.
