How do I login to Zoom?

When logging in to Zoom, use uky.zoom.us (regular users) or ukth.zoom.us (HIPAA Zoom)

Note: The steps below should also be utilized if you are “locked” out of your UK Zoom account.

Web access:

Faculty and students can access their Zoom Profile by logging into the uky.zoom.us (regular users) or ukth.zoom.us (HIPAA Zoom) portal using their linkblue username and password.

Desktop access:

Faculty and students can access their Zoom Profile via the desktop app using the following steps:

Note: The Zoom desktop application can be downloaded from https://zoom.us/support/download

Zoom is also available for iOS and Android – The app for those platforms can be downloaded from the App Store for iOS or The Google Play Store.

1. Open the Zoom desktop application.
2. Click the Login with SSO (Single Sign-On) button.
3. Enter uky for the domain name and click Continue.
   Note: For HIPAA compliant Zoom, customers should enter ukth as the company domain. 
4. Enter your LinkBlue username and password and click Sign in.
   Note: Don’t enter your University email address <firstname>.<lastname>@uky.edu. 

From this account, you can create new meetings, manage your settings, and access links to recorded meetings.

If you are not seeing these features when using Zoom, click in the upper right-hand corner icon and verify you are logged in using your UK Zoom Licensed (Formerly Pro) account.

You will see your LinkBlue username including @uky.eduIf this account doesn’t appear, logoff and perform the steps above to utilize your UK Zoom Licensed account.
