Intune – Android Email Enrollment

Connecting to UKHC systems via mobile device requires device encryption, a screen lock password, and an MC user account – Please remove any existing work email accounts (AirWatch) from your device before proceeding.

1 Install the Intune Company Portal from the Google Play Store.

2 Open the app and Do Not Sign-in.

3 Open the Google Play Store again and install the Outlook app.

4 Tap Add Account.

5  Enter your linkblue email and tap Continue.

6 You will be redirected to the UK SSO page to enter your password.

7 Complete the DUO authentication process.

8 If prompted to add an additional mail account, Tap Maybe Later

9 Tap Skip or swipe through How-To info for Focused Inbox\Search capabilities.

10 Your mailbox should begin populating with email.
