How can I download Microsoft 365 (Office 365) products?

The University of Kentucky offers Microsoft 365 products (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and more) to all active students, faculty, and staffTo download these programs for Windows or macOS, please follow the steps below:

1. Visit m365.uky.edu or office365.uky.edu. The Microsoft sign-in screen displays.
2. Enter your linkblue username with @uky.edu appended to the end (example: rluly238@uky.edu) and click Next.
   If you already have a Microsoft 365 account from the University, this dialog displays, listing your UK Microsoft 365 account:
3. Click on your Microsoft 365 accountIf you haven’t logged onto office365.uky.edu previously, enter your linkblue username with @uky.edu appended to the end (example: rluly238@uky.eduYou are re-directed to the UK login page.
4. Enter your linkblue credentials and click Sign InYou are re-directed back to the Microsoft login page.
5. When this dialog appears, you can select the “Don’t show this again” checkbox(A), and click No(B) or Yes(B).
6. Click the Install Office drop-down menuThe menu opens.
7. Click Office 365 apps for a standard installIf you need Office 365 in a language other than English, click Other Install OptionsSelect your desired language and then click the Install button.
8. Run the downloaded installer.
